Yes, in order to proceed with your order you need to set up an account and become a registered member of JUST KIDDING SHOP. Once you set up an account you will be able to:

  • View the status of your order.
  • Find the tracking number for your order to trace your delivery after its dispatch.
  • Manage your personal details including contact details and password.
  • Manage your address book including billing and shipping addresses.
  • Make a fast checkout. Next time you make a purchase the system will automatically select your default addresses for billing and shipping so that you don’t need to re-enter them next time you shop with us.
  • View all your orders past and present including order details like the items ordered, the shipping address, payment method and order date.
  • Subscribe to our Newsletter so as to receive our news, exclusive and private sales and follow product updates.
  • View your Wishlist and send it to the recipient of your choice.

 

To create an account with JUST KIDDING SHOP click “MY ACCOUNT” found on the right top corner of every page. Click “New Customer” and you will be required to fill in the necessary information to complete your registration. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming your registration. Alternatively, you can set up an account during the checkout process.

The first thing to do is check for any error messages appearing on your log in screen. The most common error is a misspelled email address or password. Click “Forgot your password? Click here” and we will send you your password to your email very shortly.

Your login is simply your email address. To retrieve your password, go to “MY ACCOUNT” at the top right of any page, click on: “Forgot your password? Click here” and we will send your password to your email address within a few minutes. 

Login to your account located at the top right of every page, using your email address and password to gain access to your account. You can then go to “Account Information” to make any modifications you may require to your personal account details as well change your password. You may also manage your addresses in the Address Book including, altering or adding a new shipping or billing address or setting a default address for your next orders.

For security reasons you are advised to revise your password regularly. You can change your password at any time by login to your account where you can have access to your personal details.

Yes, when you place an order the system automatically selects your default shipping and billing address for this order. You can then choose an alternative delivery address from the list of addresses already stored in your Address Book, by selecting it from the drop down menu. Alternatively, you can create a new shipping address by clicking on “Add New Address” to enter the new address details. You can also mark the new address as your default shipping address by clicking on the specific box in the address form so that it is automatically selected for your next orders. You can access your Address Book any time from your account.

Once you have completed your registration with us, please kindly note that we will use your contact details to inform you about special offers, updates concerning new products, promotions, private sales and other exclusivities. However, if you do not wish to receive this information simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of each newsletter you have received. Otherwise, you can manage your newsletter subscriptions through log into your account, located on the top right of every page and the go to the section “Newsletter Subscriptions”.

All personal details of your account are used exclusively within the framework of your transactions with us. We have designed the JUST KIDDING SHOP e-shop to make the shopping experience as fun and simple to use as possible. Simply select the general category of your interest from the main menu on the left side of every page and then select the specific product category you are searching for, to see a list of the available products. You can further narrow your search by selecting a specific size, price or brand. Alternatively, you can select the “Designers” category from the main menu and look for the products of a specific designer. We also feature a search facility located at the bottom of each page, where you can simply type a designer, product or other keyword you are looking for and click the "search" button to see a list of products that match your criteria.

You can place your order at JUST KIDDING SHOP by Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can even place an order by phone Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, except public holidays, as long as you are ready to share with us your personal details in order to be able to complete your order. The ordering process is quick and easy and is composed of the following stages:

  • Select the category of your interest from the menu found in the left hand side of every page.
  • Navigate through the various products and select the one you are interested. You will automatically enter the product page on which you can review the product’s full details, select the size you require and colour option, if available.
  • Click “Add to Basket” from the product page and your item will be automatically added to your shopping basket. Every time you add an item to your basket a dialog box will be open to validate the addition.
  • Validate your selection in the shopping basket by selecting the quantity you wish for each item, and make any changes like delete an item from the basket, change the size or add an item to your wishlist. Should you need to go back and review information about a product found in the shopping basket, you can do so by clicking on the specific item in your basket summary and you will be directed back to the product page.
  • Click on shipping calculator to instantly receive an estimate of the shipping cost based on your country and the available delivery options.
  • While in the shopping basket make sure you fill in any promotional code you have received from us.
  • Click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your order.
  • Identity yourself using your username and password to get instant view of your personal details registered with us. The system will automatically select your default shipping and billing address for this order. You can make any changes if necessary, including selecting a different shipping/billing address from the list of addresses in your Address Book or you can add a new address just for this specific order.
  • If you don’t have an account with us, you will be directed to the online registration form where you will have to fill in the necessary information to complete your inscription before you can proceed with your order.
  • Select the delivery method from the available options (if any) and decide upon the packaging you wish for the specific order. 
  • Continue to payment and select your preferred mode of payment from the various options given.
  • Review your order details. Any alterations with respect to this order can still be made, by going back to a previous stage of the order process. Click “Payment & Confirmation” to finalize your order.  
  • If the mode of payment is credit card, you will be redirected to a secure server to proceed with payment of your order, which will formalize the sales contract with us in a firm and final manner.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. It includes a summary of the order, the order number and date, the customer’s details, the item(s) description, quantity and price, the mode of payment and delivery and the shipping and billing address. This is your confirmation that we have received your order. Also, when your order is received a record of this order is created under your online account and can be followed up at any moment through log into your account in the section “My Orders”. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit card has been approved or your bank transfer has been verified with our bank, the shipping address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and then dispatched.

Your shopping basket is located at the right top side of every page. When you click on “My Basket”, you are immediately directed to the detailed summary of the items added your shopping basket.

That depends on the progress of your order. All items shown in our e-shop are in stock.

For products that are not actually in stock like for instance personalized items, their availability is clearly stated in the product page and at the shopping basket summary. Please kindly note that these delivery times are indicative and are based on suppliers’ provided information.

If a size is faded on the product page and cannot be selected, the item is in fact sold out in this size. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing.

If for any reason such as a technical error or supply delay, an ordered item is in fact out of stock or it takes longer to deliver than indicated when the order was placed, you will be notified immediately by email and you will then have the right to cancel your order or proceed with the order of another product close to your preferences.

If you have received from us a promotional code, you should indicate it on the shopping basket page in the “Coupon Code” zone. Don’t forget to click “Apply Coupon” to profit from the advantage of the code. Please bear in mind the following conditions with respect to promotional codes:

Yes, you can have access to your order details and follow its status once you log into your account under the “My Orders” section.

From “My Orders” you can see a listing of each and every order you have placed including order number and date, order status, tracking number and a printable version of your order. If you click on the order number you wish, the detailed order will appear on your screen including the complete details of the order such as the items ordered, the delivery and billing address and the payment and shipping method. The order is available in a printable form in case you want to print it for your records.

Yes, you can write your personal message to the recipient of a gift, which will be carefully transferred by us to a gift card designed by JUST KIDDING SHOP.

A standard traceable service is available for all other destinations in the Rest of The World.

However, dispatch may sometimes take longer than 1-2 days as external factors may cause delays. Possible factors, which could lead to a delay in the dispatch of your order may include:

Free shipping is not available for bulky or cumbersome items and/or orders (exceeding 2kg). You will be notified by email if your order is not eligible to free shipping. 

If your order comprises of one or more products not immediately available and one or more products in stock, we will dispatch the order as soon as we receive the whole of the products which comprise your order. If you wish to receive the products immediately available more quickly, you are advised to isolate these articles in a separate order.

You can follow the status of your order at any time, by signing in to your account under the section “My Orders”. Once your order is dispatched, its status will change from “Accepted” to “Dispatched”.

You will receive an email after the dispatch of your order with the tracking number and link. From that point onwards, you can use the tracking number to follow the status of your order with our transport providers by clicking the link or by entering their website.

In the event of absence at the time of delivery, the deliveryman will leave a transit note with the indication of his next passage. You can call the customer services on the telephone number indicated on the transit note to fix a new delivery date, which is more appropriate to you. 

Products are beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and then packed in a bag or box depending on its size in order to ensure the safety of your order during transit. 

Unfortunately, an order may only be shipped to one address. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

All prices listed in our site are VAT inclusive. For deliveries within the EU no additional duties or taxes will be applied. For non-EU deliveries additional duties or taxes may be asked to be paid for customs clearance. JUST KIDDING SHOP has no control over these charges. Please make sure you mention your intention to receive your order from the store during Checkout at the Notes, to avoid sending your order by courier. 

Yes, all packages are insured from the time they live our premises, during their transit and until their delivery is confirmed by our currier provider.

The delivery is considered valid if it bears a signed proof of delivery on the delivery sheet of the transporter to the address you have indicated. If the recipient is a different person as in the case of a gift delivery, then this person's signature is deemed proof of receipt.

Following the proven delivery of your package, the responsibility is transfered to you. For this reason, you are advised to check the package for any outside damages before signing the receipt.

In the rare and unfortunate event that a package does not ever reach you, we will deal directly with the situation and we will investigate the whereabouts of the parcel. In case the parcel is lost in transit, you'll get a full refund.

All packages will need to be signed for at the recipient's address for security reasons.

It is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport before you accept to sign the delivery slip. This must be done in the presence of the deliveryman. If the packaging of your package and/or the item(s) is/are damaged, you must note the details of the damage on the transporter’s delivery slip. You can also refuse the delivery. The Delivery Slip will be an important document in case of compensation requests (refunds, exchanges).

Additionally, you are kindly requested to inform us of any anomaly within two days in order to investigate the issue further. We are afraid that in the case where such elements are not noted on the delivery slip, no complaint related to the state of the parcel can be accepted a posteriori by us since your signature on the delivery slip declares the good condition of the delivery.

If you feel that the delivery address you have provided us is wrong or if you need to change it please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any mistakes in the delivery of your package. Please note that mistakes in delivery address may affect the delivery time or lead to lost packages.

Of course you can send a gift package directly to its recipient including a maternity home or a to special venue.

All you have to do is to make sure you enter the recipient’s name and address at the delivery address during checkout and that the Gift Option is selected. We will do the rest and send the gift directly to its recipient at the address provided by you.

To proceed with a return, please follow the below easy steps:

  • Specify your order number, item(s) you wish to return and the way you want your return to be treated. You are kindly requested to specify to us the reason for the return in order to help us improve our procedures.
  • You will receive a Return Authorization email as well as with complete instructions on how to proceed with your return. Instructions can also be found in the card inside your parcel. 
  • You have 10 days as from the receipt of your order to return the goods back to us. OUTLET sales are final and so they cannot be returned. 

For returns eligible for a free return service, contact the courier service provider in the contact details provided in the email you have received and arrange for a pick up at the time and place mutually convenient.

We advise you to return the items back to us with registered delivery to ensure safe return of your order. 

In all cases, you are highly recommended to preserve any proof of your return in the case of future need.

 

You are kindly requested to announce your intention to return a product back to us within 10 days as from the reception of the goods.

Once we have provided you a return authorization, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and within a maximum delay of 10 days.

 

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you another email confirming the reception of goods and their good condition. Based on your approval, we will proceed to an exchange or refund. Money refund is not provided for Sale and Outlet items. 

Please take note of the following conditions, which are in their entirety necessary in order to make a return.

  • Announce your intention to return a product back to us within 10 days as from the reception of the goods. 
  • Send the products back to us within 10 days from the receipt of the goods.
  • Wrap the item(s) securely to ensure a safe transit. It is advised that you return them with registered tacking so as to be able to follow at all times. 
  • Make sure that the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags and labels still attached.
  • Items should be unworn, undamaged, in a state of perfect cleanliness followed by their complete documents, wrappings and instructions.
  • OUTLET sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.  

We would like to inform you that any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, cannot be neither refunded nor exchanged.

We strongly advise all customers to ensure garments meet their expectations upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

 

SALE Items / OUTLET

Sale items can be returned based on the above mentioned conditions of a return. However, sale items can be exchanged ONLY with other sale items in the SALES Category and are NOT ALLOWED for a REFUND.

OUTLET sales are non refundable. 

Underwear and custom-made products are non-refundable/exchangeable items.

Swimwear

Returns items of swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is in place.

Shoes or boxed items

Shoes must also be returned unmarked and in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging. To ensure you have the right size, customers can try shoes on, on a carpeted or soft surface, however, we will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear. Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box will not be accepted.

Jewelry

Jewelry items for piercings must not be tried on before return.


 

Unfortunate not. You have the option of either cancelling your order for a refund or an exchange for another size or different item(s). 

If you would like to cancel your order after you placed it, we kindly request you to contact us by email at returns@justkiddingshop.com, electronic contact form or telephone at (+30) 210 6228333 as soon as possible in order to proceed to the cancelation of your order before its dispatch.

Upon receipt of your message, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation of your order. We put any effort to respond within 24hours but unless you receive a response that your order is cancelled your order may still be dispatched as part of the order preparation process.

The email request does not mean the order will be cancelled! We work around the clock to have your orders ready in time with no delays and this is our priority. Getting back to emails is a process we aim to respond within 24hours so this means that your order may still be dispatched on schedule. 

Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order once the parcel has left our warehouse and is in transit, the parcel will be delivered to you. After you receive it you have to file for a return. 

In case where you consider that the product you received is damaged or defective, you are kindly required to inform us within 2 days via email at returns@justkiddingshop.com, electronic contact form or telephone. The process for the Returns described above has to be followed in order for your return to be accepted.

Upon reception of the return, the returned product will be fully examined and you will be informed of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail. Any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Where possible item(s) will be replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. Any refund will be made to the means of payment originally used for the payment of the order.

Of course you can ask for an exchange as long as our Return Policy conditions are met. You can access our Returns Policy here.

OUTLET PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. 

Make sure that the products you wish to return for an exchange are unworn, undamaged, in their original condition and packaging as received and with their original labels attached on!

Don’t forget to inform us while announcing your return about the items you wish to exchange for. Please take into account that all exchanges are subject to stock availability. To ensure that your exchange will be available, please clearly specify the product number, description and the size of the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange of the ones you will return, and we will put them on hold for you for a maximum of 10 days. If we have not received your return within 10 days from the issuance of the RMA number, the items will be put back on the site for sale.

Items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received to our premises. You will receive an email from us confirming the receipt of your return and their good condition. After that we will proceed with the dispatch of your exchange order. 

Please note that if the goods you want to receive in exchange are of higher value you will have to pay the price difference before we can send you the new items. In this case we will refund you the amount of the returned goods and will charge you with the price of the new items.  

Return of SALE Items / OUTLET items

Sale items can be returned based on our Returns policy and can be exchanged only with other SALE items as listed in our SALES category. Outlet sales are final sales and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.   

 

You have the option to ask for a refund of the returned items as long as the aforementioned Returns Policy conditions are met.

OUTLET and SALE goods cannot be refunded. 

However, we would like to inform our customers that a refund is offered on the cost of the goods ordered excluding any shipping cost or extra charges including packaging or Cash on Delivery.

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming the reception of goods and their good condition. Based on your approval, we will proceed to the refund.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.  

In case of payments by credit card, refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card through PIRAEUS BANK.

In the case of Cash on Delivery you will have to provide us with a bank account where you wish the fund to be returned.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, funds will be deposited to the bank account used to make the payment.
